BC Technology Industries Association (BCTIA) is a not-for-profit, member-funded organization that represents the technology industry of British Columbia. Our diverse membership encompasses companies in all sectors of technology ranging from BC's most prominent technology companies to early-stage and SME's. As the largest and most influential technology association in the province we provide the leadership, connection and action needed to foster the continued growth and success of the technology industry in BC.
BCIT Commercialization Assistance Program (CAP)
The CAP team at the British Columbia Institute of Technology offers support services to entrepreneurs and SMEs and helps commercialize new services, products and processes. Companies that benefit from the program are beyond the proof of concept stage and are developing, testing, validating, or applying for IP on a pre-commercial product. Science Fair Foundation of BC

The Science Fair Foundation BC serves to support, organize, stage and fund-raise for Science Fairs in BC. This extends to Local, Regional, Canada-Wide and International Science Fairs where students supported by the foundation have consistently produced high standard projects. In British Columbia, 14 regional fairs are part of the nearly 100 fairs held every year across Canada. The Pacific Northwest Regional Science Fair is held in Northwest BC each spring.
