The Terrace & District Chamber of Commerce held the annual Business Excellence Awards on November 21, 2010. For the 4th consecutive year, the Northwest Science & Innovation Society sponsored an award to recognize the achievements in innovation in Terrace. Previously called the Technology Innovator Award, this year the name has been changed to the Excellence in Innovation Award.

The three nominees this year are:

• Value Wood Products
• Wine & Suds
• Neid Enterprises

The recipient of the 2010 Excellence in Innovation Award went to Value Wood Products! Congratulations to Dave Greening of Value Wood Products, and all the nominees.
