NSIS Sizzles with Summer Science Camps
Getting excited about Science is easy to do when you’re involved in whacky explorations. Northwest Science and Innovation will be getting busy this summer teaching kids about discovery, learning and investigation all through the scientific method.
Children aged 6-10 are invited to participate in one of three camps hosted at the University of Northern British Columbia where during the week they will gain an enthusiasm for a variety of scientific fields such as biology, astronomy, chemistry and environmental science.
With exploding coke bottles and thrilling volcanic eruptions, kids learn that science can be messy and fun. From interactive exhibits and hands-on experiments to outdoor activities and team games, we guarantee that kids will get excited about learning.
