UNBC Seeking Director of Industrial Collaborations

UNBC is seeking to fill the newly created role of Director of Industrial Collaborations.

The role of the Director of Industrial Collaborations is to foster and facilitate collaboration between faculty members and industry and communities. You will actively broker knowledge transfer from UNBC and market the research capabilities of, and opportunities at UNBC. The position includes traditional technology transfer activities, such as intellectual property protection, evaluating the protect ability (patent, copyright, trade secret and other) and commercial viability of innovation; commercializing the results of research and scholarly activity where practical, and educating the UNBC community on intellectual property matters
